He starts by taking two steaks and he seasons them well with salt and pepper. He also pushes the steak into the seasoning to get it really well coated. He then puts some oil into a pan and he heats it up for a couple of seconds, before adding the steak. He leaves it for a couple of seconds before turning it over and he also makes sure that the fat is heated up on the side of the steak as well to give it a crispy finish.
He also adds a few cloves of crushed garlic as well as some thyme. He adds a little butter and it looks great already. He bastes the steak and he makes sure that everything is coated evenly. The final step is to let them rest at the end to really bring the meat to its perfect texture.
