Wow, this looks seriously awesome. This woman is a genius, why I never thought of this, I’ll never know. She takes fruit and puts it into a blender. She doesn’t make a smoothie, she doesn’t make a cocktail and she doesn’t make ice lollies. What she does make, is fruit roll ups. These are great for kids at dinner and they are also great if you want something to do on a Sunday afternoon. They are unbelievably simple to make and they do look really tasty.
All you need is a few pieces of fruit, a hot oven and some greaseproof paper. You might also want to add a little honey to balance out the flavour, but that is optional. Watch the video and try it for yourself, they look amazing and it is a great way to get the kids involved in the kitchen.
