This little girl decided to cut her own hair, and her dad really is mad about it! Instead of shouting at her, he thought he would take his video camera and film her response. He started by asking her why she cut her own hair and at that point, she started to explain about Jessica. Her dad doesn’t really buy into it and he asks her to avoid cutting her hair until she is that little bit bigger. She tells her dad that she needed the practice, but in all honesty, she doesn’t have much hair left!
