This incident occurred at McDonalds and it shows a man who is high on drugs. The entire incident has been filmed on camera and it shows the man trying to detain the offender. The police man tasers him and he sends shocks through his entire body. This is all done an in attempt to stop the man from becoming a danger to other people.
After a couple of minutes, more police men arrive and by the end of the video there are four of them on the scene. The man is detained and they handcuff him while he is down on the floor. By the end of the video he looks to have blood dripping down his chest and he has blood on his head as well, but either way, the police arrived on the scene soon after they were called to resolve the situation.
