This soldier was serving in Afghanistan when his dog, Kayka was shot by the enemy four times at point blank. She had horrendous injuries but she still somehow managed to attack the shooter, saving the other members of the team as well as her handler. She had to have her leg amputated but it saved her life, and that was when the handler just knew that he had to do something about it. He saved her by adopting her and he promised that he would give her all of the love that he possibly could.
This is a video that you need to see for yourself because you won’t believe it and it just goes to show that sometimes animals really can save our lives and that we need them as much as they need us. Wow, this story is beyond belief and it is incredible to think that this dog is still alive to this day.
