William Martins Coutinho is a dog rescuer and he is quite possibly one of the most dedicated individuals on this planet when it comes to helping and rescuing animals. He brought Francisco, who was abused, starving and left for dead back to life by putting the dog before any needs of his own, and this is his story. Coutinho observes a huge amount of distress and tragedy with every dog that he rescues and it is safe to say that he is the closest thing to a real life superhero at the moment.

This poor puppy was left with severe head wounds and a very low chance of survival.
Coutinho jumped into action and he did everything that he could to assess the damage.
He took off his shirt to try and make a bandage for the puppy, sealing the wound as much as possible.
Coutinho has some basic medical training so he knew how to prepare the pup before he went to a vet.
The vets acted as fast as they could by treating the infection as soon as possible.
It was doubtful that the puppy would survive at all, but still, the vets did everything that they could.
Somehow, the puppy started to trust in Coutinho and his wounds started to heal up slowly but surely.
With the help of the vets and Coutinho, the puppy started to look like his old self again.
It is crazy to think how such a sweet young pup could face so much cruelty and survive
But it is even crazier to think how there are people out there who are willing to help others with no consideration for themselves.
Hopefully, the good will outweigh the bad and puppies like this will never need to face this type of cruelty again. Lucklily Coutinho was there to help but if he wasn’t, who knows what would have happened. This story is incredible.
